During my recent stay at Cresta Grande, I found myself truly impressed by how the hotel exceeded my high expectations in every facet. The staff went above and beyond when I misplaced my car keys; not only were they quick to assist, but their warm demeanor made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable. My room was a sanctuary, featuring excellent tea and coffee facilities that allowed me to enjoy a warm beverage while soaking in the views. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which was a relief given the summer heat, and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep despite the vibrant surroundings.
